REEFS XP10 Plague Black Edition
Ever wished you could have the insane ground clearance of portal axles without sacrificing the low-slung stability of a straight axle rig? That’s the challenge every serious crawler faces, and it’s the exact problem the Reefs RC XP10 Plague was built to solve.
As the designer intended, “I want a portal rig that drives like a straight axle rig. I want the clearance of portal axles, but the stability of straight axles.”
The XP10 Plague is the culmination of that vision—a competition-grade crawler engineered from the ground up to provide the best of both worlds. It’s not just a collection of premium parts; it’s a balanced, integrated system designed for superior maneuverability, unwavering stability, and the clearance to conquer any obstacle.
Every component of the XP10 Plague is meticulously designed to work in harmony, creating a driving experience that feels intuitive and capable on any terrain.
- Unmatched Maneuverability: With the legendary Reefs 199 Portal Axles, you get up to a massive of steering angle. Combined with high-clearance C-hubs and a minimal differential cover, the XP10 can pick lines and navigate complex terrain other rigs can’t even attempt.
- Rock-Solid Stability: The narrow carbon fiber chassis and wedge skid plate allow the rig to slice through tight gaps while improving shock angles. By centralizing all electronics within the frame rails and utilizing a lay-down rear shock setup, the center of gravity stays low and balanced, delivering incredible stability on steep climbs and sidehills.
- Precision Control: Featuring a forward-mounted motor, and a BTA (Behind the Axle) steering setup, the XP10 offers precise control for technical crawling. The solid 5mm pinned axle shafts eliminate unwanted play, ensuring your inputs translate directly to the rock face.
